There’re two separate features that can be upgraded – the number of instances and the memory. The first one pertains to the number of the sites that you would like to employ Varnish for, whereas the second, which is available in increments of 32 MB, pertains to the total amount of data that the data caching platform can cache at any given time. Hepsia’s simple-to-use GUI will allow you to stop or to restart any instance, to check exhaustive system logs or to delete the platform’s cache with just one mouse click. For optimal results, you can employ a dedicated IP address for the websites that will use the platform. With Varnish, your website will load substantially faster, meaning more pleased website users and potential clients.

Varnish in Semi-dedicated Servers

Varnish is included by default with all semi-dedicated servers offered by us and you can use it for workload distribution purposes. It’s available in your Hepsia hosting Control Panel. The Varnish content caching platform comes with 64 MB of system memory for cached data storing purposes and you can employ it with any website that you host in your account. If you’re in need of more than that, you can increase the memory allocation. The memory itself is available in increments of 32 MB in the Control Panel’s Upgrades section. The exact same Upgrades section will allow you to create more instances as well, if you would like to use the Varnish platform with multiple sites. The two things can be added independently – you can cache the content of one large-sized site or use a number of sites with the default memory. You can get the most out of the Varnish platform if you use a dedicated IP address and you can get one with your semi-dedicated server plan as well. The Hepsia Control Panel will give you total control over the platform and, with no more than one click of the mouse, you will be able to clear the cached data, to check a log file or to reboot an instance.

Varnish in VPS Servers

The Varnish data caching platform comes by default with all VPS servers that we’re offering given that the VPS is ordered with the Hepsia hosting Control Panel, so you can optimize the work of your websites with just a few clicks. The more powerful the plan, the more memory Varnish will have at its disposal, but even with a less powerful package, the caching platform will be able to utilize several hundred MB, so even if you own several websites, you will notice a great decrease in the overall server load and a considerably better webpage load speed. The Varnish caching platform will need to work for a little while as the visitors browse the website and once the site content has been cached, you’ll see the results. One of the upsides of employing Varnish is that a less powerful and less expensive VPS plan will do the same job as a more pricey one without the caching platform, so not only will your websites perform better, but you’ll also spare some money.

Varnish in Dedicated Servers

All dedicated servers which are ordered with the custom-built Hepsia hosting Control Panel feature Varnish, which is one of the pre-installed software platforms that you will get with the machine.
