All backups we make are placed on a special machine with a RAID array of hard disks, so if anything happens to any part of your stored web content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you wish your virtual server to have video streaming or video conversion capabilities, you have to install & set up specific software programs on it. And if this seems like something way too complicated for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting solution, part of our Optional Admin Services deal, is the right solution for your needs. Using it, you will have the full and undivided attention of one of our practiced server administrators who will install and configure any software or rectify any trouble that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.
